You have to use the "X carriage - V6 Locker" or the "X carriage - V6 Locker IR mini" For BL-Touch I've added the "SINGLE" fan version: - "X_carriage_-_Block_shiled_Single_fans_for_Direct_Drive_long" for direct drive extruder - "X_carriage_-_Block_shiled_single_fans_long" for bowden extruder ______________________________________________________________________ I had already made a D-bot when I saw the BLV cube, so I decided to implement what I like of the BLV in the D-bot. Remember that the profiles are for a bed with holes at 310x310 or 310x210. If your bed has a different hole position in the Y axis direction, you only have to change the profile with a length of 146 or 246 according to the bed. These are the materials needed and to be printed for this upgrade: Materials needed for 300x200: - n°2 2020x313mm alu profile T-slot or V-slot - n°2 2040x146mm alu profile T-slot or V-slot These two profiles can come from "O" & "P" profile in D-bot "V-slot railing cut diagram" cutted at 146mm Materials needed for 300x300: - n°2 2020x413mm alu profile T-slot or V-slot - n°2 2040x246mm alu profile T-slot or V-slot These two profiles can come from "O" & "P" profile in D-bot "V-slot railing cut diagram" cutted at 246mm Materials needed for both versions: - n°2 2020x440mm alu profile T-slot - n°1 2020x503mm alu profile V-slot This profile is the original "K" profile in D-bot "V-slot railing cut diagram" - n°2 2040x410mm alu profile T-slot or V-slot One of these two profiles can come from "Q" profile in D-bot "V-slot railing cut diagram" cutted at 410mm - n°1 2040x488mm alu profile T-slot You can use the original V-slot type, but you will have less room for calibrate the rail. - n°3 MGN12H L400mm - n°2 lead screw T8 L400mm - These are the original from D-bot - n°2 Nut for the lead screw - BL-Touch - 40x40x10mm fan - Radial fan - E3d v6 Printed parts: - n°2 "upper_rail_stop.stl" - n°4 "lower_rail_stop.stl" - n°2 bed_rail_connection.stl - n°2 bed_connection.stl - n°4 bed_support.stl - n°4 bed_gear.stl - n°1 x_air_duct.stl - n°1 x_back_plate.stl - n°2 x_belt_holder_twisted.stl - n°1 x_cover.stl - n°1 x_endstop.stl - n°1 x_frontal_plate.stl - n°1 x_hose_support.stl - n°1 x_lower.stl - n°1 x_upper.stl - n°1 x-bltouch_support.stl
