Took sandy3D's Dom model, repaired it thoroughly, and optimized its design. The original model was lacking substance, so I removed the internal surface details that were causing confusion in the slicer. Now the model can be printed with ease, free from any slicing errors. Print Settings are as follows: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: No support structures needed Supports: None required for this design Resolution: High definition at 0.2mm layer thickness Infill: A moderate infill density of 10% for optimal strength and print speed Design Notes: When printed in small sizes, PLA is the preferred material due to its excellent printing properties. Alternatively, ABS can be used with a cooling fan on the towers for added stability. I designed this model using Meshmixer software by selecting all exterior vertices that needed to be preserved. Then, I inverted the selection to focus only on internal details that could be deleted without affecting the overall design. Finally, I filled the model flat and scaled it up to 4cm in height for faster printing times.
