Kühling's x-ends for MendelMax 1.5

Modified version of jonaskuehling's x-ends, designed for use with LM10UU/LM10LUU bearings and 10mm z-rod. This is a work-in-progress update from June 8, 2012; however, the files were later refined in v1.1 on April 11, 2012, with improvements backported from the resin nut version (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23842). The x-ends come in two variants – one for Misumi leadscrews and another for normal M8 screws. Be sure to print the appropriate version based on your requirements. These x-ends are compatible with both LM10UU and LM10LUU bearings. If you're using a different leadscrew, feel free to post its nut dimensions in the comments, and the creator may create a variant specifically for you.
