KZ ZN10 Pro case cable holder
thingiverse
I've used a case made by Game_Over94 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4741285) for nearly 6 months. This worked great, but because I also use a lighting adapter for my Iphone. The cables would un-spool all the time. All I needed was to keep the cables in place in a backpack or jacket pocket. When you aren't using the case to store the KZ's you can clip the cable holder from the back as well. I made sure to add "registration" bits to get it to sit snugly on the case rounded edges without the headphones. For my own version I made with a Fleur de Lis design, but for others I made a solid version available within the F3d file to add your own spin on it. As well as having the solid version available as an STL File. Mine is printed with BioFusion from Extrudr which is a bit better with "clicking/bending" in place. From a couple of times on and off it seems to hold up just fine. regular PLA might do be fine as well.. From experience with other things I've made for cosplay parts..2-3mm is enough to have some give without snapping off or deforming permanently.
