KZ IEM EDX PRO support socket
thingiverse
I got myself some cheap KZ headphones and honestly, they're pretty nice, but the ones I got were loose. It was either the IEMs or the cable. I didn't want to buy another cable since it's half the price of the headphones if not more, but had to do something since they would sometimes disconnect with the slightest head movement. I made this support bracket/socket, or whatever you want to call it, to stop them from falling out. It's a two-piece print, it's really small, so I printed it slow (I set the speed to 10.0mm/s) and with fine resolution (0.12mm). So far it's doing it's job for me. It's not the prettiest, but it works. Maybe transparent filament would look better.
