KyroPaul's odometer - windows version
thingiverse
The odometer design by KyroPaul includes additional parts, such as window bits functioning as springs to prevent wheel over-rotation and allowing number viewing. The main wheels are pre-assembled in a plate, eliminating the need for self-assembly of three separate parts. Axels should be printed diagonally on the plate for strength, inserted after drilling holes, and trimmed to length afterwards. Numbers can be created using a Dymo Letratag label printer with large fonts, vertical alignment, two spaces between each number, wrapped around the cogs for a perfect fit (use sequence 0, 9, 8, 7, etc.). To download the necessary files, visit KyroPaul's Thing-90076. Ensure proper gluing of window bits and springs with acetone or filament scraps, ensuring cogs aren't too tight.
