Models and animations from my master project showcase the Kyrkogrim's defensive prowess, battling hordes of evil in a playable demo created by me and my talented team. As the game's lead designer, I drew inspiration from the rich history of northern Europe's early Christianization era, where the Kyrkogrim myth originated. According to legend, the first person buried on a church graveyard would be tasked with defending that sacred site against hordes of hell for eternity, their soul doomed unless a small animal sacrifice was made in their place, securing the church's protection. As part of a four-member team, I spearheaded 3D modeling and animation, as well as most visual effects. My teammate Annika brought stunning concepts, illustrations, and textures to life, while Simon crafted an immersive soundtrack and handled sound design. Meanwhile, Konstantin brought our vision to fruition with his programming expertise, making the game interactive and engaging. Game and level design, along with other key elements, were a collaborative effort among us all.
