This is rest designed specifically to go on this case:

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4857192

It would also work on this case without the tenting:

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4378710

The M5 screw through the bottom isn't entirely necessary, but I added it just for a little extra stability. The side resting on the desk and the hooks keep it pretty sturdy. The screw I used was an M5 30mm, but that depends entirely on the angle of the tenting.

To print the right side, just mirror the object in a slicer or cad program.

Print Settings

Printer:

Sunlu S8

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.2

Infill:

5%

Filament:
Sunlu PETG
White

Notes:

Tweezers or something will be required to get the supports out of the hole for the screw. the other supports come off easily as long as a sufficient z-gap is set.
these each took me about 4 hours printing at 75mm/s, with first layer at 20mm/s.

Category: Electronics
