Kyosho Ultima ST RS-9/UMW105 Shock stay
thingiverse
This redesigned part boasts a 1mm thicker shock stay, maintaining the original suspension geometry. If you're using this with the original Type-R/EVO bulkhead, it's completely compatible since the Type-R and EVO don't use the lower hole of the shock stay; it's secured only by three screws. If you're unsure, refer to the manual – the lower hole is clearly not utilized. When paired with the original Racing Sports bulkhead, simply use the three screw holes provided. The relocated lower hole and small groove on the lower part of the shock stay are specifically designed for my custom reinforced front chassis plate, which will be released separately. This part was printed from carbon-reinforced PETG, resulting in a stiffer material than the original. In the slicer, turn it upside down to minimize supports, focusing only on the small areas around the upper arm balljoint points. I encourage you to share your experience with this redesigned part and suggest any modifications that could be made.
