Kyosho Ultima ST/RB Racing Sports GP RS-147 spur gear

This is a genuine stock width Ultima ST/RB GP spur gear. This part is no longer in production by Kyosho and can be extremely difficult to find for sale at any price. This part is completely standard, I just made it more print-friendly from the back side, so minimal supports are required. This gear is designed specifically for 1mm thick slipper pads that you can easily make from car gasket material mat. The gear itself is a genuine stock 53T mod 1.0 gear, and this should be durable even when printed with our FDM printers because it has big teeth like a Kyosho gear. I still recommend printing this gear with Nylon CF for the best results. If that's not available, then CF PLA or just plain PLA would work too. The prototype in the last picture was actually printed with PETG. If you want to get the best durability out of this gear, consider using your local SLS 3D print services instead. I've added the non-print-friendly version of the gear to the thing files for you. It's symmetrical on both sides now.
