Kyosho Ultima ST Racing Sports rear bulkhead Type-R/EVO style UMW-204/RS-144

This is a Kyosho Ultima ST Racing Sports GP rear bulkhead that closely mimics the Type-R and EVO version rear bulkhead. It features three additional upper arm location points per side, allowing for more precise suspension adjustment. The stock part number for the Ultima ST is RS-144, but since this design emulates the -R/EVO component, a more accurate part number would be UMW-204. This reinforced rear bulkhead maintains its original suspension geometry when paired with Type-R/EVO rear wheel hubs. When using the stock Racing Sports hubs (part number RS-18), the rear upper arm angle is slightly altered due to the different connection methods used in Type-R/EVO and Racing Sports versions - ball joint connections versus cheap screw connections, respectively. The resulting angle difference is minimal, making it unlikely to impact casual drivers. I printed this design using CF/PETG filament for my personal vehicle. Minimal supports are required to print this part; simply rotate the orientation 180 degrees in your slicer if you're using the same settings as shown in the Thingiverse preview image. This rear bulkhead mounts seamlessly onto both stock Racing Sports GP chassis plates and Type-R/EVO chassis plates. Edit: On March 19, 2020, I updated the design file to address a minor flaw with one screw hole location (chassis screw hole).
