Kyosho Fazer MK2 Front Knuckle

Hi guys, This is a front knuckle for the Kyosho Fazer MK2. The reason for the half ball is that it's hard to get a ball to print properly to fit the socket well. Gluing two halves works quite well, so that's the path forward if you want to try this out. The knuckle with supports can be a bit of a pain to separate but a little patience goes a long way. The support makes a good base for pressing in the balls using a crescent wrench (see video). You can use the socket to test fit your balls... Play with the scale or flow rate to tweak the size to fit just right. When you figure it out, print some spare balls and take notes on your method. Hopefully it's less work for you than it was for me. For the record, mine start out really, really well fitted and the balls loosened up a fair bit over about 2 hours of running, similar to my stock Fazer knuckles after many hours, but I wasn't checking the Fazer knuckles early on so I don't know how quick they loosened up. I run in dirty conditions a lot so that will make parts wear faster than if you treat your car nice. Use at your own risk. Wrench to drive or drive to wrench?
