Kyosho Blizzard FR Radio Tray
thingiverse
This is a brand-new electronics tray for the Blizzard FR that I designed after upgrading its speed control to a Sabertooth 2x12. It lets the ESC fit snugly under the factory cover for maximum protection and repositions the antenna to a new spot that keeps it tucked away under the cab, just like before, but this time it's positioned for top-notch performance. I highly recommend printing it with a raft if you want it to turn out perfect, without any warping issues. I printed my prototype with a raft and it came out looking fantastic, although I made one crucial mistake - I placed the antenna tower in the wrong location. The second version fixes that problem right away. Since I was short on time, I printed it in draft mode, but unfortunately, it warped slightly as a result. If I were to reprint it, I'd also choose black filament for a more authentic "factory" look and feel, but since all I had on hand was red, that's what I used instead.
