This 3D model is originally created with Sketchup 8, subsequently converted to all other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, a 3ds Max scene set up using 2016 version software, then rendered with Vray 3.00. In the year 1993, Wisma Kyoei Prince was built by a joint venture of Japanese and local companies through Toda Corporation, a renowned construction company at that time. From its inception until now, Wisma Kyoei Prince remains one of the highest quality office buildings in Jakarta, Indonesia.
