This hubcap fits perfectly on the Kymco MXU 500's original rims and likely several other models as well. Its outer diameter measures 65 mm exactly. I designed this replacement after observing that the snap locks of the originals tend to break easily, causing trouble when you try to put it back on the rim. To install it correctly, print this hubcap using ABS or a material with slight elasticity like PETG. Avoid printing it in PLA as it lacks flexibility and may cause problems when trying to snap the locks into place. Be prepared for the possibility of a breakage, but fortunately, one failed lock won't keep the hubcap from staying on the rim. To avoid damage, apply gentle pressure when snapping the hubcaps onto the rims. I have also included a PDF file with the Kymco logo in case you want to customize it before printing. The decal came out well printed on plastic paper using my color laser printer. However, please keep in mind that such labels may deteriorate after being exposed to harsh weather conditions like water and mud.
