Air intake hose modification for Kymco Agility City 50 2T scooters. The stock air suction tube creates a bottleneck. Its intake and output areas are mismatched. I rewired this setup. You'll get significantly more airflow with this, but you also need to machine the exterior of the air filter (this is another bottleneck)! Remove the inner sleeve and fully open up the square inlet. It may be necessary to swap out the main nozzle for a larger one (much, much bigger)! More air plus more gasoline equals more power. The template will assist in cutting out the hole. The original air filter bore must be machined so that the template can fit snugly, and the flexible tube can snap into place. More information is available at http://www.kymco.com.
