Some of it was guesswork, but I used as much reference material as possible. All the pieces have been tested in Cura to ensure they slice properly. After making some adjustments, everything is now working correctly! File sizes are big due to sculpting. The Faceplate had to be split into three pieces because of file size limits. Feel free to rejoin 001-A and 001-B in Meshmixer for printing. Any issues, please let me know! I'll be happy to try and help. **UPDATE: 07/01/2020:** I made a new faceplate that improves several cosmetic details and provides a new connection piece that was long overdue. I also uploaded a new Under Nose Cover, which connects to the Faceplate similarly to the old way but with a bigger connection point that should be more sturdy. Additional geometry on the faceplate allows for better overall connection of the nose under piece. The sculpted details (cracks) in this faceplate have been removed, allowing the faceplate to be uploaded again as one big piece. The cracks can easily be added using a dremel, following the metallic tab details as a guide. The new pieces are: - Kylo-Ren-Helmet-IX-Faceplate-V2.stl - Kylo-Ren-Helmet-Nose-Plate-Under-V2.stl There are also some variations for the faceplate to allow for printing in two or four pieces. These are: - Kylo-Ren-Helmet-IX-Faceplate-V2-A.stl - Kylo-Ren-Helmet-IX-Faceplate-V2-B.stl - Kylo-Ren-Helmet-IX-Faceplate-V2-Resin A-D The four pieces should just fit on a resin printer, so I named them that.
