My son has broken his rear caliper guard for his KX 85 multiple times, they are quite pricey from the OEM so I made a simple version that can print flat with no supports. The OEM part has a slight curve so I got rid of that, it still does the job without it. Recommend printing with 100% infill for max strength and using a strong material, I used PETG but you could obviously use Nylon or ABS just as well. Maybe even PLA plus. Yeah I spelled "guard" wrong on the file name.
