Kwintessens Board Game
thingiverse
Game Design Sander ten Napel & Bert Menting. To outdo the king, players in Kwintessens strive to become the top alchemist. In ancient times, all elements were believed to be composed of fire, water, earth, and air, represented by triangles. Each player tries to outmaneuver others by creating four pure elements - triangles surrounded by triangles of the same element. To achieve this, players can and likely will use triangles played by other players. Timing is crucial in this fast-paced, strategic game, particularly since other players can dismantle a previously built pure element by altering one of its components. A key aspect of the game is the "kwintessens" triangle, which can take any shape desired by the players. You'll need a set of tiles per player - 1-5 Air, Water, Fire, and Earth - along with 4 Pawns per player.
