The parts were printed using ABS filament, with a print quality of 0.9. The designs were created in Sketchup and the GCode generated by Slic3r. The prints were made on a Creatr printer. The parts are glued together with a bottom plate, motor ring, and ABS components. It includes a spring, MK7 drive gear, and 608ZZ bearing for correct filament pressure. Initial tests with 1.75mm filament showed excellent grip. Next step is duration testing and updates will be provided.
