The KV series was a heavy tank manufacturing line born from Soviet ingenuity. The tanks were christened after Kliment Voroshilov, the defense commissar and statesman, as Germany launched its invasion of the Soviet Union during World War II. The KV-1 emerged as an upgrade to the T-35 tanks, boasting enhanced firepower and defensive capabilities. Its first deployment occurred during the Winter War, where it demonstrated impressive prowess against Finnish forces. As the Second World War raged on, the KV-1 played a pivotal role in the Soviet army's arsenal, earning the nickname "Nazi Killer." However, by 1942, advancements in Nazi weaponry had rendered the KV-1 nearly obsolete, leading to its production being halted in favor of the T-34. This model was crafted using Blender and comprises 319,921 polygons. It is available for download in both .blend and .fbx formats.
