Kuwait Towers

The Kuwait Towers comprise three elegantly designed structures situated on a scenic peninsula jutting into the Persian Gulf in Kuwait City. As part of the larger Kuwait Water Towers system featuring thirty-four towers (thirty-three store water and one houses equipment), these towers stand out with their unique architectural style distinct from the other five groups. Inaugurated officially in March 1979, the Kuwait Towers have become a prominent landmark and symbol of modern Kuwait's progress. After undergoing maintenance from March 2012 to March 8, 2016, the towers reopened with a grand fireworks display celebrating their revival.
