I based my design on the original, but I remodeled it completely in freecad, I am attaching the freecad and STLs (you can make fun of my modelling, I am still learning!)I also included a STL to create a couple of plastic washers you can put under the Kusba if your screws are too long.The captive nuts are a very tight fit intentionally so and I used a vice to jam them in and then they never come out
