The kusarigama is a traditional Japanese weapon consisting of a kama, the Japanese equivalent of a sickle, attached to a kusari-fundo, a type of metal chain with a heavy iron weight at the end. This traditional Japanese weapon originated from Japan and is composed of a kama joined to a kusari, a metal chain with a length between 1 and 3 meters, and an omori, a weight made of iron or stone, at its end.
