This is the Shop Aid you need to help you remove the 1/2 Cap Screws from the 6" Kurt Vise. This tool can built many ways. The one I have used for the last 20 years is a 1-7/8" diameter aluminum knurled disk with a cut off 3/8 Allen wrench pressed in a hole. I would think a 3D printed version would work great. Let me know.
