https://youtube.com/shorts/AqcyGq7_sfEUpdate: 1513 Hours: Haven't touched it since 1000… I do see buildup from time to time but the nozzle just knocks it off into the bin.Update:Just crossed 1000 hours, so ya, I guess it works and doesn't need any intervention except maybe once per 400 hours or something… GGUpdate:At around 550 hours I had one of the ptfe tubes come off. Put it back on and added a little dab of super glue on the end of each. At 790 hours and still going, zero interaction with it otherwise.Currently on about 400 hours with this now and haven't touched it. The problem with the stock is that it has a 90 degree angle wipe, but no side constrictions. So when it bends slightly to one side, it no longer has a flush 90 degree wipe.I thought about a brush but it doesn't always stop the wisps. Along with a 90 degree wipe on anything, if it doesn't have side constraints, it's the same as the stock. This mimics a pinch and wipe effect which is far superior to anything other than Bambu's excellently forceful wipe on the back of the plate.I printed polycarbonate with .4 nozzle, 100% infill, had to print it at about 10-15 mm/s. and add "G29.1 Z-0.01" to the filament startup script. 40 threshold angle. Printed like the pic in slicer.Add ptfe to the little pillars post-print, use your smaller allen wrench that came with printer to push out the hole area. Then just replace the PTFE on the stock wiper with this, using same screw. Be careful when you screw it in, hold it steady with pliers and hold the black wiper end directly to the side of this piece. Otherwise you can strip the black spring holder hole.To Bambu Labs, I would be willing to license this design out to you for packing with the printer, it would be an honor and I would ask for only remarks. (and maybe .001% of every sale, then I can buy more coffee!)
