For cosplay enthusiasts, enhance your outfit with a full-sized kunai that complements any Naruto-inspired attire. To achieve the desired size, initially split the print into four parts; however, the layering proved unstable due to vertical printing direction. Consequently, I switched to an eight-piece print with holes for 3mm ABS pieces to join the sections. However, debating whether this counts as a weapon or another toy, following a blog post about posting weapons. To construct each model, print two copies of each STL file and assemble them using provided holes. For a snug fit, use a 1/8" drill bit on tight holes. Secure the pieces with ABS cement for a strong bond, then sand for a smooth finish. Apply metallic black paint, although it may appear simply black, but aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, wrap the handle in bandage tape or para-cord for a stylish touch.
