During my design process, I discovered that my Prusa printer's X and Y axis were not perfectly aligned, resulting in a lid that didn't fit properly with the enclosure. To test your printer's axis alignment, you can print two copies of Printer_axis_orthogonality_test.stl and stack them on top of each other, one upside down and one right side up. If the four holes match up, it's likely that your printer is aligned correctly. I used M3 x 12 rounded head screws to assemble the enclosure, but you can customize the files Lid_screw.scad and BoardHole.scad to use different screws if desired. These files are included in the "pcb enclosure library - 2" library. The main parts of the enclosure include KUMAN_7_LCD_Enclosure_front (.scad, .stl), which is the front panel, KUMAN_7_LCD_Enclosure_back (.scad, .stl), which is the lid, and KUMAN_7_LCD_Rondelle (.scad, .stl), which are washers with a specific thickness to fit M3x12 screws. If you modify BoardHole.scad and everything works properly, this thickness should be automatically recalculated. The Conception.scad file was used for designing the enclosure, while KUMAN_7_LCD.scad is the library file that contains all the necessary information for embedding this enclosure in your own design.
