Kuelap Ruins were meticulously recreated from 55 captured frames of a single video. These frames were painstakingly observed and measured using the powerful tool of dense stereo photogrammetry courtesy of Colmap. The textured model was crafted without any original images, solely relying on the pointcloud data to bring this ancient wonder to life. The result is an accurate representation of Kuelap's majestic architecture. We extend our gratitude to Trans-Americas Journey for sharing their breathtaking travel and cultural heritage videos with the world! Their dedication to showcasing the beauty of our planet is truly inspiring. For those interested in learning more about this fascinating location, we recommend visiting the Wikipedia page on Kuelap.
