Kubota labels this a Clamp Rail Cover (part number 53721-61533). It's utilized on the fold-down ROPS (Roll-Over Protection System) of my BX25D to secure the ROPS so it doesn't shake during operation of the tractor. I've managed to damage the OEM part twice and decided to design a stronger replacement part so I wouldn't have to make the hour-long round trip to my Kubota dealer, who keeps banker's hours. Miscellaneous parts required. 1 each Hex-head cap screw (bolt), M10-1.25x40 Cyanoacrylate glue (optional)
