KTM SM-T GPS top-mount
thingiverse
This GPS mount specifically fits KTM 990 SM-T motorcycles, enabling attachment of a GPS unit (e.g., ZUMO 210) beneath the windshield. Assembly requires drilling on the bike and involves using M6 x 50 screws, M5 x 50, M5 x 20, and M5 x 30 screws along with corresponding nuts and washers. Additionally, 4 rubber rings with 5 mm holes are needed. After printing the L/C/R parts, join them using M5 x 50 screws, then insert an M6x60 screw through the knob and secure the GPS mount part between the left and right arm. For installation, remove the front side panels and cover, clean the surface, mark the axis line following the windshield mount, drill 5.5 mm holes for mounting, and ensure the mount sits on rubber rings behind the dashboard. Do not overtighten screws; use a longer top-left M5 x 30 screw due to plastic cover asymmetry. Finally, wire the GPS unit using 12V from the parking light (brown for ground, yellow for 12V), and reassemble the bike.
