To minimize plastic usage during rafting, I assembled some parts using a 3D printer instead of printing them all at once. The materials required were a 3D printer, two 5mm bolts with lock nuts, one 5mm bolt with a countersunk head, and Velcro for securing (a clip may be printed for better hold). All components are available in the SketchUp file, and the setup has proven stable on my KTM SMR950.
