Looking to upgrade to a faster charger, I opted to replace the OEM USB charger with one that packs more punch. To do so, I picked up a 12V car charger and began dissecting its components. The case proved to be a snug fit for the circuit board, necessitating some careful trimming to ensure a secure bond.\r\n\r\nTo complete the conversion, I needed to drill holes for the cables, fuse two parts together with a sturdy adhesive, and repurpose the rubber cover from the OEM charger. The locking clip, cleverly designed to keep the case in place from within, adds an extra layer of security to this makeshift charger.
