This is a relocation bracket designed to reduce the number of fasteners needed to remove the Adventure's glovebox from twelve to just two. Two M6 countersunk bolts are required for the glovebox lower mount, while some replacement M4 hardware is necessary to secure the fusebox, leaving all other components with their original hardware intact. This modification maintains a robust connection between the seat and glovebox while adding an extra layer of security to the fusepanel. The lower glovebox mount requires a small notch to be cut into it, which will hold the countersunk screws in place. To remove the glovebox, simply push on the upper body, allowing the plastic to deflect enough to release from the hardware. The original top two bolts are still required to secure the glovebox in place. A video demonstrating this process can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wVAZB4dodQ&feature=youtu.be. This is a work-in-progress, with the following updates: The fusebox mount requires attention due to its broken lid, but there should still be clearance for the retaining tabs. Additional clearancing may be necessary between where the fusebox attaches to the bracket and the vertical bracket mount on the frame. Printing this bracket in ABS may cause it to crack.
