KTM 950 SM (2006-) Fuse Top cover
thingiverse
I've modified my KTM 950 SM 2006 with a new fuse top cover. I'm not sure if it fits newer models, but you guys can give it a try. The side pillars on my original fuse top cover broke when I removed it, so I designed a new one that can be 3D printed and mounted on the fuse box. Unfortunately, printing it in PLA resulted in broken pillars after the first removal, which might be due to their fragility. I plan to try printing it in ABS next to see if they hold up any better. Here are my print settings: I used a Wanhao i3 printer with the following settings: Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 100 I printed with Simplify3d, using the default settings with some modifications. Here's what I did: Bed temperature: 80 degrees Celsius from the first layer Printing temperature: 235 degrees Celsius from the first layer Generate support selected Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm Filament type: PLA 1.75 mm Infill percentage: 30% Outline overlap: 15% Infill extrusion width: 100% Minimum infill length: 5.00 mm Print sparse infill every: 1 layer
