I'd recommend using ABS or a similar material that can withstand heat, as non-heat-resistant filaments may not hold up well on motorcycles. To repair your KTM 690 enduro's broken seat notch, I suggest removing the old notch completely since it's already damaged. Then, you can screw in the new one in the same place using woodscrews, making sure to predrill the screw holes on the seat for a secure fit. Applying some glue to the bottom of the new notch wouldn't hurt either.
