KTM 1290 Super Adventure Fender Spacer

This is a custom spacer I built for my KTM 1290 Super Adventure S. I've got a high fender relocation kit already installed, and I also wanted to add some new Heed crash bars. However, the cross-member on the Heed bars keeps bumping into the fender/mud guard, restricting steering movement and potentially wrecking my fender in the process. To solve this problem, I designed and printed a custom spacer that drops the fender down by about 32mm, clearing the way for the crash bar's cross bracket. To install it properly, you'll need to pick up four M6 - 1.00 x 45mm bolts (I went with allen key hex head type) and four washers. Be sure to print this adapter upside down, with the bumps facing upwards - they'll fit snugly into the divots on your fender when installing.
