KT Ender 3 Enclosure (work in progress)

Work in progress ender 3 enclosure, all parts uploaded here have been thoroughly proofed and printed by yours truly. Every hardware component is securely attached with 1/4-20 bolts and #4-40x1/4" screws. This project demands access to a sheet metal brake bender to build the frame. The frame is made from sturdy 22 gauge sheet steel, the walls are .205" thick plywood, and the doors are precision-cut .220 cast acrylic. fusion 360 online model view https://a360.co/3d6HgKb More updates will be posted shortly. (update 1) I've corrected some geometries on the lcd mount and bezel to ensure a perfect fit for the screen and clear any potential obstructions on the pcb. (update 2) As of 3/15/20, I added an updated fusion 360 file, including wall and extruder/spool holder flange dxf files. I also added an extruder mount and mid wall supports. The walls will continue to be revised as a few more changes need to be made, such as adding a wiring bulkhead through the mid wall, cooling inlets and outlets through the front and rear walls, and mounting holes for electronics on the cool side and printer mounting holes on the top and bottom walls. (update 3) On 3/15/20, I updated the fusion 360 file once more. I added an upper printer frame mount and updated top wall and bottom wall dxf files.
