That's a cable collector for the **KSGER T12 Soldering Station". It's attached to the 858D Hotair rework station. See the pictures. It can be printed without support, however, if you experience bad bed adhesion, you can use a brim. Rotate the cable collector clip 180 deg for printing. See the pictures. For the rod, I use the following Amazon item and remove the alligator clip.
