The magcatch makes it easier to release the magazines from the right side with the index finger. The complete magcatch is replaced here by a new one. The only other thing you need is a metal splint to attach the lever to the magcatch and a longer screw that goes into the housing for the holder. I have printed it myself with pla+ and 100% infill and I have to say it holds up pretty well. The durability has yet to be tested on the pitch. But I think that if you print it with ABS, it will hardly break.
