Kryptonite Lock Seal

I'm attempting to create a replacement for my Kryptonite Bike Lock's sliding seal, which broke and let water in. This is my initial attempt at coming up with a solution. Update 2019-12-15: I printed the part using glow-in-the-dark PLA. However, it required some cutting to fit properly. Unfortunately, the interlayer adhesion appears to be a weak point as the connecting middle section has partially broken off. I'll try printing from different materials or altering the orientation to see if that resolves the issue...
