Used FDM at 60% infill density. Printed with reinforcement, the lower support for the countersink was somewhat tricky to remove but overall it printed well. Center-to-center distance for the screw holes is 64 mm and diameter of 5.5 mm. The stock screw through the middle functioned but I shortened it and added a flat washer and locknut.
