Kronos Under Barrel Flashlight Holder

This holder is designed specifically for small aluminum flashlights used with the Nerf Rival Kronos. I acquired a pack of ten from Walmart for this project and discovered it requires size 6 bolts, which provide a very snug fit. To secure them in place, I had to use a hammer to persuade the nuts into position. My customer, a nine-year-old, specified that the holder must be attachable without drilling any holes, so I designed it with friction in mind - though it doesn't stay on tightly. To enhance adhesion, I added single-sided foam tape inside. Fully tightened, this holder is very sturdy and has served me well after just one print. However, the hole for the light was a bit too tight of a fit, so please let me know if you experience any issues with tolerance and I can adjust the design to accommodate it.
