Hi All Ok first of all I have created this in bryce, so i still need to convert it to an iges file and also the size will be completely off! (I will fix all this up soonish) Now to the model, I have gone for a different approach, by not altering the applicator at all but changing just the Nozzle, The Nozzle provided will fit on the current nozzle using rubber (to hold it on like a pen lid), so it won't have much wastage Now before i say anything further I think it should work ..... :) To begin with the Lid is closed and when you pull the ring the lid opens. When using the applicator the lid will stop any excess from coming out and will also stop any spurting pressure because the ring controls the speed (well you finger) Note;this will make the applicator a two handed tool also Creating better Control and I will probably replace the ring with something better when I have time The round Nozzle will allow for easy glide backwards or leaving an even surface gliding forward (as long as the glue isn't to sticky) Anyway I've said to much, better go :) Enjoy
