This is just a concept. It is functioning on pressure principle. The idea is to have lid on the tip of the nozzle, which controls the minimum flow of the caulk. Spring allows lid to open when minimum 9ml caulk per running meter of pressure is reached. Then there is one more lid with a spring which will control the maximum flow from the nozzle. When 15ml caulk per running meter of pressure is reached buffer lid opens and extrudes excessive caulk from the nozzle. There might be some kind of storage tank installed for caulk not just to go out of the buffer and mess up the area around, but be stored in a small box. This can be done as a nozzle that goes directly on the tube with caulk or can be made in such a way that goes on top of the ordinary nozzle as an add-on feature.
