IMO it doesn't matter whether you make a straight bead or not since it will be tool finished in the end. This led me to design a 2in1 nozzle plus finishing tool instead. It dispenses sealant and finish the bead in a quick, single stroke process, finishing the job in half the time with less waste sealant. The rubber-edged side walls acts as a dam to contain excess material dispensed due to uneven pressure (taking note that this is to be used by non-pros). ::More details on attached pdf file on "Others"
