Loops for Kriega US-5 Drypack Replacement These four flexible loops (two pairs) replace the standard textile straps provided with the drypack, allowing you to secure them around or underneath the rear seat cushion. The loops are angled outward to maintain tension on the straps at all times, preventing the hooks from releasing while driving. To avoid damaging your motorcycle, it's essential to print these loops using flexible filament rather than hard materials like PLA, ABS, PETG, or similar substances. They are symmetrical in design, so printing two examples of each is sufficient - no mirroring is required. I've printed them successfully using black Hobby King flexible filament, and they work exceptionally well. A short video demonstrating their effectiveness can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Th9yCyibrTs Important Safety Warning: The US-5 drypack is the smallest bag offered by Kriega, and it's crucial not to use it to secure larger or heavier luggage. Doing so could potentially damage your motorcycle and pose a safety risk. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No rafts should be used. Supports: Supports are not necessary. Resolution: The resolution can be set to any desired level. Infill: A 30% infill is recommended. Notes: It's imperative to use flexible filament exclusively when printing these loops. Anything else may compromise their effectiveness and potentially damage your motorcycle.
