Kress 1050 Tool Mount and Dust Shoe for the MPCNC v1.1

New Version available: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2209463 ••• Made this mount for Kress 1050 (could fit other kress too). It positions the kress as close to the gantry as possible and works extremely well. Since the lower part of the mount is exposed to heat from the motor I printed mine in PetG, it may work with PLA but I cannot guarantee success. Should also be compatible with ABS. The mount is slightly higher than the original MPCNC tool mount but should function just fine. I also created an extended version of the F-ToolMount (MPCNC IE) to download here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1735865 The mount is designed for M4 nuts and screws. The vacuum connection is 36mm in diameter. To attach the dust shoe just glue eight magnets (6x3mm) into the holes. You will also need to wrap some brush for cnc or thick paper/plastic around the dust shoe - search online for "brush cnc". For me this is the second version since the first had some issues, which are now resolved. If you print one, please send me a note/comment if there is something that could be improved. Print with three perimeters. Since the mount takes some time to print, you could print at a very high layer height. I printed mine at 0.3 layer height.
