=Laser Cut Design= This jig is designed to align your Kreg Mini Jig (MKJ) with precision, thanks to a clever idea borrowed from some talented YouTubers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mr1jDFCXHt8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7LL_0EqBS4 The jig's metric measurements ensure accuracy and consistency. To minimize parallax error, the design allows you to laser engrave the bottom of clear acrylic for the top piece and the top of the bottom piece. This clever approach ensures a perfect fit every time, which is why the engravings are mirrored. The bolt holes accommodate 1/4" bolts with 10mm hex heads. A second bottom piece provides extra support for the hex heads, but it's not necessary if you choose to glue the bolts or rarely change the depth setting.
