I snapped the right suspension arm on my Kraton 4S. Typically I'm a firm believer in purchasing authentic parts or upgraded components. I was eager to race this next weekend and even the manufacturer was sold out. While I placed an order for the correct replacement pair of suspension arms, I decided to take a chance and fabricate it myself. I haven't test-driven the car yet, but my DIY fix appears to be a solid solution. The replacement arm corresponds to kit AR330520.\r\n\r\nLarge pin holes require drilling with a #19 drill bit.\r\nSmall pin holes need to be drilled with a #30 drill bit.\r\nA pilot hole for the shock mount screw can be drilled with a #40 drill bit.
